About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX/Product Designer with extensive experience working within the [REDACTED] platform to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for [REDACTED] applications used by our government clients. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in [REDACTED] platform customization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with specific experience in [REDACTED] design
- Proficiency in design tools such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED] XD, or [REDACTED]
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, especially in [REDACTED] environments
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for [REDACTED] applications to enhance usability and visual appeal
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and adherence to [REDACTED] platform standards
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs iteratively
