📋 Description

• Implement innovative solutions for a unified user experience across web and mobile applications
• Execute UI/UX projects from research and information architecture through concepting, wireframing, prototyping, design, development, client-side programming, and testing
• Translate company and customer needs into functional, interactive web and mobile applications
• Design application frameworks that adapt to company needs
• Apply modern design principles for multi-device rendering
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, interviews, and other user-centered design methods
• Monitor website performance and traffic drops related to usability issues
• Resolve usability issues and review application and feature coding
• Plan future website upgrades
• Assist with developing website applications and features for internal functions
• Provide graphic design for digital media and print
• Provide and solicit quality feedback from peers and supervisors
• Protect company intellectual property and customer data privacy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Two to four years of experience with front-end website design, development, and deployment
• Healthcare services industry experience preferred
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment
• Ability to complete well-defined tactical tasks within larger projects to a high-quality standard
• High proficiency with markup languages, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and other web-design tools
• Understanding of web browser testing and debugging preferred
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or a similar design and prototyping tool required
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management software preferred
• Strong understanding of layout aesthetics
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Proactive and self-directed approach with time management, decision-making, and organization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPPA-related procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work at a computer terminal for 6–8 hours per day
• Ability to use telephone or headset equipment, keyboards, and office equipment
• Infrequent ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs.
