- Lead the digital design team and directly manage UX and UI designers
- Serve as guardian of design excellence, craftsmanship, accessibility, and technical feasibility
- Bridge UI design and front-end technical execution
- Implement mobile-first design across responsive websites, mobile applications, and omnichannel experiences
- Analyze complex datasets and extract insights to inform design strategy
- Oversee scalable design systems, component libraries, [REDACTED] Variables, and design tokens
- Provide strategic oversight for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript-based projects
- Enforce visual consistency, micro-interactions, motion design, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Monitor AI advancements and integrate emerging tools into design workflows
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary UX/UI design team
- Oversee effort estimation, project allocation, capacity forecasting, and workload balancing
- Collaborate with project management on creative budgets and process optimization
- Lead proposals and new business pitches
- Conduct strategic discussions with executive client stakeholders
- Translate business goals into digital strategies and guide client feedback iterations
- Advocate for the business impact of user research and strategic UI/UX
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in digital design, with agency experience preferred
- Proven track record in a creative leadership or executive role
- Expert-level UI design skills
- Practical front-end development experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js
- Master-level proficiency in [REDACTED], including advanced prototyping, variables, and auto-layout
- Proficiency in [REDACTED] Creative Suite
- Solid working knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]
- Deep understanding of user research, information architecture, responsive layouts, and WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Ability to manage team capacity, forecast workload, estimate task effort, and respect project budgets
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to distill complex problems into compelling client-facing strategies
- Openness to new tools and frameworks for rapid prototyping and process optimization
