📋 Description
- Design and develop intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences
- Build modern web applications
- Develop user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Incorporate user feedback into designs
- Perform cross-browser compatibility testing
- Apply mobile-first design and accessibility standards
- Collaborate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Experience developing user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next, or Angular
- Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and mobile-first design
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or similar tools
- Experience with TypeScript, Bootstrap, Material UI, or other UI libraries and frameworks
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and experience building accessible web applications
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and incorporating feedback into designs
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps
- Basic understanding of API integration, REST services, and front-end performance optimization
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web analytics tools is a plus
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Boards
