📋 Description

• Build React single-page applications using modular component architecture, client-side routing, and robust state management
• Implement drilldowns for out-of-balance conditions and structured exception review and approval workflows
• Deliver responsive layouts using CSS grid, flexbox, and media queries
• Integrate backend APIs with secure data handling, schema validation, and structured error-management patterns
• Implement protected routing, safe rendering behaviors, and secure session workflows
• Optimize UI performance for data-dense reconciliation, exception-tracking, and multi-step review screens
• Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines using ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and semantic HTML
• Design end-to-end UX workflows for exception flows, drilldowns, multi-step approvals, and audit-driven interactions
• Debug complex state transitions, routing logic, and asynchronous data-flow issues
• Analyze clients’ business processes and user experience
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for UI/UX development of mission-critical financial applications
• Collaborate with backend, ingestion, reporting, DevOps, product, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Document UI components, interaction patterns, integration contracts, and UX standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience
• 10 years of experience in UI/UX development and implementation
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SPA architecture, and component-driven development
• Experience with React Router, centralized or modular state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API), and asynchronous data flows
• Expertise in modern CSS, including grid, flexbox, and media queries
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs with secure data handling, validation, and error management
• Familiarity with protected routes, session handling, and safe rendering patterns
• Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, ARIA usage, and semantic HTML
• Strong troubleshooting skills for UI state, routing behavior, and asynchronous workflows
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• US Person citizenship/work-status requirement
• Ability to travel less than 10%
• Preferred: experience with enterprise-grade reconciliation, exception management, and multi-step approval workflows
• Preferred: familiarity with performance optimization for data-rich dashboards and transaction-heavy screens
• Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps collaboration
• Preferred: experience with UX documentation, design systems, and reusable UI component libraries
• Preferred: exposure to backend systems, data ingestion pipelines, or reporting platforms
• Preferred: ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
