Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 14 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, visual design principles, and modern UI/UX practices.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies when required.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate user journeys and design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Gather feedback and iterate designs based on user and business requirements.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and overall visual language.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 14 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and usability.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.

Good to Have

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
• Experience working with SaaS, B2B, B2C, or mobile products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and understanding development constraints.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Portfolio

Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating:

• Web and/or mobile UI designs
• UX case studies
• Wireframes and user flows
• Prototypes
• Design systems or reusable components
• The design process and reasoning behind key decisions
