As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to design user-centered web and mobile applications that align with business goals and customer needs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective design solutions.

Conduct usability testing and continuously refine designs based on user insights and performance metrics. Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices. Stay current with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Present design concepts and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field. Previous experience in UI/UX design, product design, web design, or mobile application design is preferred.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.

Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development concepts is an advantage. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools is a plus.
