UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us scale up our product experience across mobile and web. As designers at [REDACTED], we believe in making magic. Our primary role is to become the voice of our users and making the team rally behind it to create delightful product experience. You will be working on design of a SAAS platform that enables large enterprise businesses across the globe to listen to their customers all day, every day.

Duties and responsibilities as a UI/IX Designer include but not limited to:

• Identifying design objectives and scope through regular consultation with stakeholders.
• Conducting research through user interviews/testing and competitor study and analysing the findings to validate and improve the designs.
• Developing the design concept based on the design brief and iterating based on the research finding s.
• Creating sketches/wireframes, user flow diagrams, and mock-ups using Figma and Adobe Suite tools to effectively communicate the design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and production staff.
• Consulting and negotiating the design solution with stakeholders and production staff to ensure the design solution satisfies the user needs, is within the design scope and is feasible to be developed.
• Giving recommendations and design options that meet the intended functionality and visual aesthetic of the design brief.
• Preparing detailed documentation for production with the specification of each component in the design and how the design behaves responsively in different screen resolutions .
• Working collaboratively with the production staff to ensure the design being developed has the intended functionality and aesthetic.
• Supervising the production process to ensure the production is within the determined timeframe.
• Creating documentation of the design components and design decisions for future use.

Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in the related major
• 3 years' experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00- $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift Work
