UI & UX Designer

About the Role:

[REDACTED] is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can turn ordinary ideas into exceptional digital experiences. If you understand users, love clean visual design, and can defend good typography choices (yes, Comic Sans is a crime), this role is for you!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements into engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Work in Figma to craft high-fidelity screens, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
• Contribute to branding, graphic design, and video editing tasks when needed.
• Ensure consistency across all products through thoughtful design patterns and guidelines.
• Deliver user-centered solutions that are both delightful for users and practical for developers.

Requirements

• 24 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems).
• Experience in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to balance creativity with usability and practicality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX work (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with agile development teams.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
