📋 Description
- Provide direct support to the lead designer on an enterprise CRM platform
- Perform day-to-day design work including wireframing, prototyping, user interface design, and requirements visualization
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for [REDACTED] Lightning pages and Experience Cloud portals
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-centered design solutions
- Apply the [REDACTED] Lightning Design System (SLDS) across the CRM platform
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
- Collaborate with [REDACTED] developers, administrators, and product owners
- Define and maintain design system documentation, component libraries, and reusable CRM patterns
- Facilitate design reviews and present design rationale to cross-functional teams and government stakeholders
- Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years work experience with BS/BA
- Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA
- Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- US Citizenship
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- 2 years designing within enterprise CRM or [REDACTED] environments
- Expert proficiency in [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or [REDACTED] XD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end enterprise application design work
- Experience with human-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and journey mapping
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end technologies including HTML/CSS
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with [REDACTED] Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- [REDACTED] Certified Platform User Experience Designer certification preferred
- Experience supporting government or DoD CRM platform design preferred
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards preferred
🏖️ Benefits
- Base salary of $104,000–$166,000 per year
- Employees may be eligible for overtime
