We’re a small, tight-knit team that moves fast, values clear design, and uses modern AI-assisted workflows to deliver high-quality work efficiently. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a designer who wants to make a real impact from day one.

The Role

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to help shape the look, feel, and user experience of the websites and applications we build for clients.

You’ll work closely with the team to design clean, modern interfaces and improve the overall user experience across projects. Our frontends are built with React, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS, using modern component-based systems. Comfort designing within that stack (or collaborating closely with it) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern user interfaces for websites and web applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Improve usability and overall experience across client projects
• Collaborate with the team on design direction and implementation in React-based projects
• Maintain visual consistency and design quality across deliverables
• Support the creation of simple marketing and product visuals when needed
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and project needs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong eye for clean, modern UI design
• Experience designing websites or web applications
• Ability to create clear user flows and thoughtful UX decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, or component-based design systems
• Experience working with APIs (understanding how design connects to real data and functionality)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
• Basic video production skills for short SaaS-style product or marketing videos
• Understanding of designing for conversion-focused or lead-generation websites

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
