📋 Description
- Design user-focused dashboard experiences
- Run structured testing to improve patient activation and engagement
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to enhance dashboard experience
- Design intuitive dashboard UI for patient engagement
- Produce wireframes and visual assets using Figma
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing
- Analyze user behavior using tools like PostHog and GA4
- Produce regular reports on test results and retention metrics
🎯 Requirements
- Background in product or UX design
- Experience with A/B testing
- User experience research skills
- Strong eye for design impacting retention outcomes
- Experience in a fast-paced digital health or fintech environment
- Ability to translate behavioral data into design decisions
- Comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
