About the Role:

Are you a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Argentina and passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences? [REDACTED] is looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in a fully remote role. You will work closely with our design team, taking ownership of key projects while helping drive the quality, innovation, and overall user experience of our products.

Please note: This position is fully remote and is open to candidates currently based in Argentina only.

What You'll Do:

• Gather and evaluate customer (internal and external) requirements in collaboration with product management and software development teams
• Design, implement, and maintain reusable layouts, components, and themes
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes
• Work closely with Web Analysts to improve usability and conversion rates across new and existing customer websites
• Expand knowledge across the strategic delivery team of UI/UX Design best practices
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, e.g. responsiveness
• Provide a point of access for customer inquiries during the design, development, and testing process
• Provide accurate estimates for internal and external design requirements
• Build and test new designs to specified requirements within agreed timescales
• Other tasks as directed by management

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (or in a similar product design role), with a recent focus on designing user-centric digital experiences
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and responsive UI for web and mobile applications
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop), especially as it supports interface and visual design; deep proficiency not required
• Ability to conduct or support usability testing, user research, and iterative design based on real user feedback
• Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team environment alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate effectively
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, microinteractions, accessibility audits, or working within existing product ecosystems or platforms

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design or micro interactions
• Understanding of conversion-focused design and CRO principles
• Experience working on SaaS products or digital platforms
• Experience designing responsive, conversion-focused websites and landing pages
