📋 Description
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, and wireframes.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
- Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve user experience.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
