UI/UX Designer

Here at [REDACTED] we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

You will join an international team focused on developing and maintaining a high-quality Digital Design System used across medical products and service applications.

Work

In this role, you will translate product requirements, user needs, and initial UX concepts into scalable design system components and high-quality UI/UX solutions for various digital services.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for analytical and data driven tools, translating complex information into clear, actionable designs.
• Work closely with product owners to gather requirements and shape design direction
• Rapidly prototype and iterate designs based on usability testing results
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, continuous improvement and scaling up of the Digital Design System
• Support product teams in adopting and effectively using the design system, running regular design reviews, gathering feedback and maintaining clear guidelines and documentation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and branding

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably on large-scale or complex products
• Strong expertise in Figma (required)
• Experience across the full product design workflow, from user research to final design.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and strong attention to visual details
• Experience designing web and mobile applications
• Up-to-date with current UI trends, tools, and technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Being proactive and having ability to work without supervision
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
