UI/UX Designer (Remote | Pakistan | Salary in USD)

About the company we're hiring for currently:

A leading North American tech startup that provides all-in-one transportation management software to K-12 school districts.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that can be tested directly with school district administrators, drivers, and parents
• Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand real workflows and pain points
• Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback, refining experiences through multiple rounds before development begins
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are both desirable and feasible
• Contribute to a growing design system that brings consistency across our product suite
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure customer feedback is reflected in brand messaging.
• Champion a customer-first culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong Figma skills with experience creating interactive prototypes
• Comfort working in a highly collaborative, iterative environment
• Experience participating in or leading customer research and usability testing
• Ability to think beyond screens—understanding complete user journeys and edge cases
• Clear communication skills for remote collaboration
• Availability during at least half of the US Eastern time zone working hours (9 AM–5 PM ET)

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Familiarity with empowered product team models
• Background in mobile app design

Other Details:

Work Mode: Remote - Full Time (9 am- 5 pm EST) - 7 pm - 3 am PKT

Experience: 2-4 Years (B2B or SAAS)

Days: Monday to Friday
