[REDACTED] is seeking a UX/UI designer to design, support, and test [REDACTED]’s robust application suite. As a UX/UI designer, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to document requirements and create design specifications.??

Responsibilities:?

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs with end user and product team members.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ask questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
• Build and maintain the company design system.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UX/UI or Visual design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing enterprise applications or SaaS products.
• Expertise in standard Design softwares such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Ability to work with users to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet user needs and vision.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Preferably, experience working within an agile development process.
• Familiarity with design systems and design documentation.

Working hours:

Working/office hours are Flexible. There will be a minimum of 3 hours overlap with the US Team in evening.

Job Location:

It’s work from home currently.

If the candidate is working permanently from home, he/she shall visit the [REDACTED] Bangalore office once in 3 months for 5 working days. The employee shall bear the expenses of their travel and accommodation. He/she will be notified by the HR department of their assigned phase/return-to-office date.
