Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer at [REDACTED]. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, data-rich interfaces that support real-time decision making for crypto traders and investors. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes and mockups, developing interactive prototypes, refining visual design systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with user needs. The role involves conducting user research, iterating on feedback, and translating complex market and technical information into clear, usable workflows. The designer will also help maintain design standards and contribute to a cohesive, consistent product experience across web and other digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and the ability to structure complex, data-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency in creating mockups and high-fidelity visual design assets that align with product and brand guidelines.
• Experience with interactive prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to validate and communicate design concepts.
• Understanding of front-end development concepts and collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Relevant experience designing dashboards or trading, fintech, or data analytics products is highly beneficial.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX work, including problem framing, user flows, and final visuals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team, with clear communication and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
