📋 Description
- Define requirements and create visual graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos
- Develop and execute design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project specifications
- Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create graphics, illustrations, and design elements for digital and print media
- Create and design projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira
- Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Manage projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field or a related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
