📋 Description

• Define requirements and create visual graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos
• Develop and execute design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project specifications
• Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand requirements and objectives
• Create graphics, illustrations, and design elements for digital and print media
• Create and design projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira
• Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation
• Establish creative direction within company brand guidelines
• Manage projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and passion for visually appealing designs
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
