Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. Experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability testing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and design goals.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and improve user experience.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring visual consistency and scalability across products.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and performance metrics to optimize user journeys.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, UI/UX patterns, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
