📋 Description
- Build a design system for [REDACTED] products spanning web and mobile experiences
- Build foundations, components, and patterns in Figma
- Document the design system clearly enough for engineers to implement in real product screens
- Create a reusable Figma library with foundations, components, and patterns
- Establish the admin design system so real product screens use it by default
- Provide documentation and handoff to ensure design consistency and adoption
🎯 Requirements
- Experience shipping design systems for SaaS or B2B products
- Strong Figma skills: real components, variants, and bound variables, not just visually consistent screens
- Comfortable working directly with engineers
- Understanding of accessibility basics
- A portfolio of real, shipped, live products, not personal or concept work
- Experience with multi-platform or React Native design systems (nice to have)
- Experience with data-heavy dashboards (nice to have)
- Experience taking design tokens into code (nice to have)
- Experience migrating a product off a legacy UI kit (nice to have)
- A portfolio with live, shipped examples of design systems or product UI you've built
- A note on your availability alongside other current work or clients
