📋 Description
- Design modern, intuitive and visually impressive web and mobile experiences
- Translate complex business and product ideas into simple visual stories and experiences
- Present designs to customers, executives, product owners and development teams
- Explain and defend design decisions while incorporating feedback, criticism and iteration
- Work closely with developers from concept through implementation
- Handle multiple projects in parallel when required
- Take ownership and demonstrate strong self-initiative
- Maintain design consistency through design systems and reusable components
🎯 Requirements
- Strong professional experience with [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Creative Suite
- Excellent UI aesthetics, UX thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing presentation skills
- Understanding of modern design trends and AI-assisted workflows
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar tools
- Online portfolio is mandatory
- Basic video editing or motion design is an added advantage
- HTML and CSS knowledge is an added advantage
- Mobile application design experience is an added advantage
- Experience designing enterprise or industrial solutions is an added advantage
