UI/UX Designer – Mobile Apps, Gaming & Rewards

[REDACTED] is a social chat and rewards-based mobile app focused on gamified experiences, giveaways, digital rewards, and user engagement.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience designing mobile apps, ideally in gaming, rewards, loyalty, entertainment, or gamified consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and engaging UI/UX for iOS and Android.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final app screens.
• Improve experiences across rewards, giveaways, leaderboards, in-app shop flows, onboarding, and social features.
• Work closely with product and development teams to ensure designs are implemented properly.
• Maintain consistency across app screens, components, typography, colours, and interactions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong mobile app design portfolio.
• Experience with gaming, rewards, loyalty, or gamified apps is highly preferred.
• Strong Figma skills.
• Good understanding of mobile UX, user journeys, and interaction design.
• Ability to work from our North Sydney office at least 4 days per week.
