Job Description:

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a robust portfolio demonstrating your skills.
• Thorough understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in industry-standard UI/UX tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision) and solid command of visual design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers).
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a passion for crafting intuitive, user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces.
• Commitment to continuous learning, and staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and address user pain points.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines across all design elements.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to streamline the design process.
• Stay informed of current design trends and best practices to enhance design quality and innovation continuously.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• User interface animation principles (e.g - microinteractions)
• Accessibility best practices (WCAG compliance)
• User experience (UX) writing
• Prototyping tools like After Effects or ProtoPie
