About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer at [REDACTED], you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and user experiences. Working closely with product managers and developers, you will ensure that the designs meet both user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and design patterns to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure designs are aligned with both user goals and business objectives.
• Present design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and emerging design tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design.
