How to become a UI/UX Designer in the [REDACTED] eCommerce expert team?

While experience in UX/UI design and proficient knowledge of Figma and other design tools are expected in this role, we value your ability to deliver results starting from the test task, and your enthusiasm and openness to embrace new knowledge and processes. What do we expect from a UI/UX Designer?

• At least more than 1 year of full-time experience in an agency, freelance, or in-house creative team;
• Great spoken and written English skills;
• Proficiency in using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Ability to create and refine prompts for AI-driven design generation in FigmaMake, Lovable, and comparable platforms;
• Hands-on experience with AI visual design tools to produce high-quality creative assets, like Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, and alike;
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript;
• You clearly articulate design decisions and can explain why certain things we designed in a particular way;
• You accept and respond well to constructive feedback.…
