[REDACTED] seeking a UI/UX Designer who can translate complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful, and functional user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and brand designers to craft seamless digital experiences that delight users and strengthen our product's visual identity.
- Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile platforms from research and ideation to final handoff.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and brand designers to bring strategy to life through intuitive design.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to refine experiences.
- Design and maintain modular design systems that ensure consistency across multiple digital products.
- Translate brand identity into digital expression through thoughtful layout, typography, and interaction design.
- Present design concepts clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
- Mentor junior designers, review work, and guide design standards across projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your process not just final visuals.
- Expertise in Figma (auto-layouts, components, variants, prototyping) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Confidence in turning strategy into clean, functional design decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills able to explain the why behind your work.
