We are hiring a UI/UX Design Developer with strong expertise in React.js and modern web technologies to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Material UI, Fluent UI, or custom component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards .
• Experience with state management tools (Redux).
• Familiarity with build tools (Vite/Webpack) and performance optimization techniques. Comfort with micro-interactions or motion design using Framer Motion or similar libraries.

Required Skills:

• React.js, Java Script/Type Script, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
• UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines)
• Design Systems, Responsive Design, and Accessibility (WCAG)
• Agile/Scrum development environment

Preferred Skills:

• Material UI, Fluent UI, or custom component libraries
• React Query, React Hook Form, Redux
• Vite/Webpack and performance optimization
• Framer Motion or experience with micro-interactions
