About this role

In this hybrid role, you'll be at the heart of refining and enhancing existing digital products for our clients. You'll gather client feedback on live websites and digital products, translating it into impactful design improvements that align with KPIs. Acting as a bridge, you'll ensure seamless coordination between clients and the development team, guaranteeing smooth implementation of these enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being as passionate about usability, beauty and elegance of UI's as we are: [REDACTED]
  • Collect, distill, and prioritize client feedback on existing products.
  • Develop UX/UI enhancements that align with business and design KPIs.
  • Present and justify design decisions based on client goals and user impact.
  • Coordinate closely with developers, ensuring design changes are implemented effectively and on schedule.
  • Track the impact of design improvements on user experience and client satisfaction.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, especially in enhancing existing products.
  • Strong client communication skills, with a knack for translating feedback into actionable design solutions.
  • Comfortable coordinating cross-functionally between clients and development teams.
  • A data-driven mindset to measure the impact of design changes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several client products simultaneously.
