UI/UX Designer

As an experienced UI / UX Lead with at least 8 years of experience in leading design teams and designing digital products, you will have a deep understanding of user behavior, cultural nuances, and design trends. Your role will involve at least 5 years of experience specifically in UI / UX design, with a track record of leading projects in the digital banking sector for corporate customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the design team's capabilities by managing, training, and guiding them to ensure quality and work efficiency.
• Designing and developing user experiences to ensure consistent and seamless experiences across multiple platforms, from user research to detailed interface design.
• Ensuring brand consistency by collaborating with relevant departments to follow branding guidelines and core values across all products.
• Building and managing design systems to create a unified and manageable system that improves work efficiency and product quality.
• Conducting user and market research to make data-driven design decisions.
• Planning and strategizing research of customer market and product to provide insights for design improvements.
• Consulting on improving UI / UX design quality for the product in the project.

Key Skills required for this role include CSS, InVision, HTML5, UX, Usability, Wireframing, Fireworks, UI, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Responsive Web Design, and Sketch.
