UI/UX Designer
About this role
To help ensure we stay at the top of our game, we are now looking for a new UI/UX Designer to join us
You’ll be helping to drive growth and elevate the customer journey across our e-commerce platform
You’ll work on real, high-impact projects across [REDACTED], from landing pages, product pages and checkout flows through to our customer account area, helping make every part of the experience feel intuitive, clear, and conversion-friendly
Designing and optimising experiences across the full customer journey, from landing and product pages through to checkout, post-purchase, account areas and internal tools
Partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Creative and Content teams to bring digital features to life
Contributing to and helping maintain our design system, keeping things consistent, intuitive and unmistakably [REDACTED]
Running or supporting UX research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and motivations
Iterating on designs based on feedback, data and user insights
Helping shape enhancements that support conversion, average order value and retention
