📋 Description

• Lead the structural diagnosis and end-to-end design of the new experience for the Spawnd project
• Map problems and propose more efficient, user-focused solutions and navigation flows
• Conduct usability research (UX Research)
• Analyze empirical data to support information architecture decisions and to optimize development and validation
• Design wireframes, interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes in [REDACTED]
• Rigorously apply Design Systems
• Articulate the design strategy with Product Owners, Engineering and executive leadership
• Balance business objectives, technical feasibility and user experience
• Defend architecture and interface decisions and steer the product toward validated solutions
• Ensure the systemic integrity of the platform design and the consistency of the Design System

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer on complex digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating deep experience designing and delivering end-to-end Web Apps
• Experience in user research (UX Research)
• Experience conducting experience diagnostics
• Experience with navigation flows and information architecture
• Experience with Web Apps; roles limited to mobile-only or strictly visual work will not meet the requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience building complex flows and refining visual aesthetics
• Experience with prototyping
• Experience applying Design Systems in web products
• Proficient English for technical reading and writing
• Ability to lead end-to-end design initiatives
• Ability to defend decisions with consistent arguments and backed by data and evidence
• Ability to communicate problems, solutions and learnings to different audiences, including executive leadership
• Systemic understanding of the impact of interface decisions on experience, consistency and platform scalability
• Familiarity with the games market is a plus
