UI Lead – HTML/CSS/React.js
About this role
UI Lead expectations & Experience :
- Must be very strong in technical skills.
- Must have hand on experience on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. (Knowing React is added advantage)
- Should know responsive design and UI animations.
- Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Knowledge in Git
- Experience working with Figma to review and implement designs.
- Should help developers with coding challenges and guide them to follow best practices.
- Should able to do code review and find issues ahead.
- Teach and mentor the team to improve their skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.
- Must know how to solve performance issues like CLS and LCP.
- Must know debugging.
