📋 Description

• Build and maintain production-quality UI systems, workflows, and tools in C++ on Unreal 5 with minimal oversight
• Directly hire, manage, and lead UI engineers
• Provide support, technical mentorship, constructive feedback, and career development coaching
• Provide technical guidance in UXUI systems to teammates across gameplay disciplines
• Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team to build new player experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in C++
• Ability to communicate with customers of different technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Experience building and maintaining UXUI systems, including HUDs, front-end menus, fonts, and localization workflows
• Experience leading engineers through direct management, mentoring, or guiding
• Experience with development using the Unreal Engine
• Experience with development on PC and console platforms (nice-to-have)
• Experience with real-time action multiplayer games (nice-to-have)
• Experience shipping one or more game titles (nice-to-have)
• Experience with codev or contractors (nice-to-have)
• Background checks conducted at the offer stage
