📋 Description

• Bring the Design team’s UX vision to life by implementing responsive and stable UI systems in Unreal Engine
• Build and maintain production-quality UI systems, workflows, and tools in C++ on Unreal 5 with minimal oversight
• Directly hire, manage, and lead UI engineers
• Provide support, technical mentorship, constructive feedback, and career development coaching
• Provide technical guidance in UX/UI systems to teammates across gameplay disciplines
• Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team to build new player experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in C++
• Ability to communicate with customers of different technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Experience building and maintaining UX/UI systems, including HUDs, front-end menus, fonts, and localization workflows
• Experience leading engineers through direct management, mentoring, or guidance
• Experience developing with Unreal Engine
• Background checks required at the offer stage for all new employees
• Nice to have: experience developing for PC and console platforms
• Nice to have: experience with real-time action multiplayer games
• Nice to have: experience shipping one or more game titles
• Nice to have: experience with codevelopment or contractors
