Role Overview
This is a fulltime, officebased position in Pune (Maharashtra, India). The UI Design Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering creative designs, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications. The role involves leading a team of designers and HTML developers, ensuring timely and highquality delivery of design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand design requirements.
- Create and present multiple design options for web and mobile platforms.
- Lead and mentor the design and HTML teams.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and innovation across all design deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong expertise in visual design and mockup creation for web/mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, and related tools.
- Proven ability to lead design teams and collaborate effectively with developers. .
