📋 Description
- Design end to end user interfaces for digital products, including screens, layouts, components, and interaction states
- Create visual and interactive elements that guide users clearly through workflows and tasks
- Apply design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms
- Translate requirements and user insights into wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product partners to align interface design with user needs and technical constraints
- Review implemented designs to ensure visual and interaction fidelity to approved designs
- Iterate designs based on usability findings, feedback, and evolving product requirements
🎯 Requirements
- Experience designing user interfaces for web or digital applications
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design
- Ability to design at the skeleton and surface levels of the experience
- Proficiency with industry standard design and prototyping tools
- Experience applying and contributing to design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate requirements into clear, production ready interface designs
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in a product or delivery environment
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design standards
- Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating findings into interface design
- Experience working closely with front end engineers during implementation
- Exposure to enterprise or complex digital products
