UX/UI Design Lead

Design Systems Leadership

• Maintain a comprehensive design system that scales across multiple products.
• Create reusable component libraries in Figma with clear documentation, usage guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Establish design patterns and principles that work across features.
• Ensure consistency across products while allowing for contextual flexibility.

Product Design & Execution

• Design end-to-end user experiences for consumer workflows.
• Transform complex business and customer requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Create detailed specifications, user flows, and interaction patterns for development teams.
• Develop dev-ready UI that complies with organizational standards, including file organization, frames, layouts, and adherence to the Design Language System (DLS).

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

• Present design concepts and rationale to leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams with clarity and conviction.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions without extensive hand-holding.
• Facilitate design reviews and gather feedback effectively across the organization.
• Contribute to product strategy discussions with design perspective and user insights.

What You Bring

Required

• 10+ years of UX/UI Design experience in enterprise software, insurance, or similarly complex domains.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency; ability to build sophisticated component systems, variants, auto-layout structures, and interactive prototypes.
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems adopted across multiple products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise product design, complex workflows, customer journeys, cross-product reusability, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• High autonomy with the ability to own design decisions and self-direct work.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating
• Enterprise SaaS products

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance domains.
• Understanding of modern web technologies and design implementation.
• Experience designing consumer-facing products.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Basic understanding of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Flutter) for effective collaboration with engineering teams
