We are hiring for our MNC Client for Training AI UX Designer.
Location- Chennai & Pan India Hiring (Please Note Base location will be Chennai)
Experience 5 Years 7 years | Salary 11LPA max 8 Years 10 Years | Salary 15LPA max
Notice Period - Immediate - 15Days max.
Shift- General Shifts
Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.
Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate.
Skills Required
Key Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flow for AI training tools and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and trainers to define UX requirements for AI learning modules.
- Create intuitive interfaces for prompt creation, annotation tasks, feedback loops, and AI human interaction workflows.
- Craft UX patterns for LLM-based tools, chatbot training screens, data labelling interfaces, and AI feedback systems.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, run usability tests, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Develop content guidelines, prompt templates, and AI interaction design standards.
- Ensure accessibility, clarity, and ease of use in all AI training interfaces.
- Work closely with instructional designers to deliver cohesive training experiences.
- Optimize UI for learners with varying levels of AI literacy.
