Technology – Sr UI/UX Designer
About this role
User experience is at the forefront of how we create simple, transparent, and research-driven products that change the way Real Estate wealth is managed in India. We strive to learn and understand our users needs and behaviour to create sound product strategy and design. Our UX team includes researchers, designers, and content experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional products.
We work in collaboration with UX engineers and developers to craft innovative and human-centric experiences as India s first Real Estate Wealth-Tech Platform.
Responsibilities
- Working across product areas and teams to build the best user experience for our clients worldwide.
- Conducting research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
- Understanding and incorporating technology and business requirements into research.
- Collecting and analysing user behaviour through surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (A/B Testing.)
- Crafting aesthetically-pleasing visual designs.
Experience
- 1-3 years of work experience in UX design.
- Design experience for mobile and web applications.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to design and launch products and features.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, UX, Architecture, a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
- A design portfolio, showing clear insights, problem-solving, and simple solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools.
