📋 Description

• defining and owning the product roadmap aligned with measurable business outcomes • driving product initiatives focused on activation, adoption, retention, and revenue growth • collaborating closely with engineering teams in an API-driven environment • working with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements • supporting partner integrations and platform scalability • monitoring product performance using KPIs and North Star metrics • making prioritization decisions balancing speed, stability, and long-term scalability • identifying risks early and ensuring responsible product delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• proven experience building, scaling, or significantly transforming digital products • demonstrated product impact supported by measurable outcomes (activation, retention, churn reduction, revenue growth) • strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments • solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2/JWT authentication, Webhooks, and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) • ability to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs directly with engineering teams • experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making • strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills • ability to combine structured product management with entrepreneurial execution • openness to starting work from 6:00 AM CET.
