📋 Description
- Develop a deep understanding of [REDACTED]’s multi-product developer platform, personas, and core Jobs To Be Done
- Co-create user flows and experience direction with product managers and engineers
- Map complex information architecture, developer workflows, permissions models, and multi-product interactions into intuitive experience patterns
- Create user, product, and system flow diagrams in [REDACTED]
- Shape conceptual designs and UX architectures for new features and iterative improvements
- Build coded UX prototypes using Claude Code, VS Code, [REDACTED] workflows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Structure prototypes so AI tools can generate engineering specifications, scope definitions, and implementation requirements from code diffs
- Conduct lightweight research including interviews, surveys, UAT, and quick validation
- Facilitate iterative design and exploration sessions with product managers and engineers
- Provide structured UX reviews and guidance across product teams
- Coach engineers on UX fundamentals, usability, accessibility, and interaction patterns
- Contribute high-fidelity coded prototypes using the design system and existing user flows
- Support the UX Guild and improve UX quality and alignment across teams
- Help evolve AI-accelerated design workflows and design system alignment
🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience designing enterprise software or developer platforms, typically 10–15+ years
- Deep collaboration experience with engineers; hybrid UX/engineering background is a strong plus
- Skilled in lightweight research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and UAT
- Ability to select an appropriate level of research without slowing delivery
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- React familiarity
- Experience with [REDACTED] and version control
- Familiarity with IDE and AI code editor pairings
- Strong interest in expanding code prototyping skills and leveraging AI
- Strong UX judgment in complex technical domains
- Ability to simplify within real constraints
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity and willingness to incorporate AI into design workflows
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
