Job Description

We're looking for a Staff UX Researcher (Quantitative) to join [REDACTED] in London, working within the Mitigation Chapter. The Mitigation Chapter is responsible for the verification and support experiences that underpin customer trust during and after onboarding.

At Staff level, you will define how these experiences are understood, measured, and improved at scale, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and effective for both customers and internal agents.

This is a senior individual contributor role with broad autonomy and cross-organizational influence.

Here's how you'll contribute

  • Lead high-impact quantitative research end-to-end Own quantitative research from problem definition through analysis and recommendation, focusing on the chapter's highest-impact questions and delivering decision-ready insights.

  • Define how mitigation experiences are measured Design and own the Customer Friction and Customer Effort metrics for Verification and Support teams. Make them the guardrails that drive teams to deliver high quality experiences.
