📋 Description

• Set the bar for design craft through prototypes and high-quality designs
• Manage delivery across multiple projects, turning ambiguous large-scale problems into clear plans and documented solutions
• Apply systems thinking through information architecture, user flows, and system maps across multiple products
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners
• Represent UX in conversations with senior leaders
• Drive standards and best practices in AI-assisted discovery and exploration
• Champion the [REDACTED] design system by contributing components and guiding governance and adoption
• Contribute to product strategy and vision, identify opportunities, and challenge assumptions
• Define and evolve UX team standards, patterns, workflows, and tools
• Own team maturity programs and help manage DesignOps initiatives
• Advocate for UX, accessibility, data-led decisions, and effective UX processes
• Mentor designers through feedback, design reviews, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX or product design, ideally in a SaaS or product-led environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing design for complex data, multi-step forms, and UX in high trust scenarios
• Track record of driving impact on high-priority, large-scale, and cross-team initiatives
• Strong communication, story-telling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and proactively solving problems
• Experience facilitating workshops, planning projects, and estimating UX work
• Experience contributing to or managing a corporate design system
• Collaborative mindset and passion for mentorship and cross-functional partnership
• Mastery of Figma, including variables, components, and libraries
• Strong experience using Claude, Cursor, V0, Figma Make, and similar AI tools
• Experience designing for complex regulated environments, including payroll and fintech, is a bonus
• Strong motion, illustration, and visual design skills are a bonus
