We're looking for a Staff UX Designer to help us develop our [REDACTED] for Business Product from the ground up. As our first UX leader in this product space, you will play a critical role defining the vision for our [REDACTED] for Business Product suite, with a focus on employee-facing features in the [REDACTED] Rider mobile app. As a Staff designer, you'll operate as a design leader and multiplier—setting direction, raising quality, and guiding teams through complex, ambiguous problems.
