Staff UX Content Designer

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketers and translate complex user insights into actionable design solutions that deliver measurable value to our users.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into impactful design solutions.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous product problems and shape them into innovative experiences.
• Excellent creative problem-solving, writing craft, and leadership skills.
