About The Role

As a Staff Product Designer at [REDACTED], you will be a senior hands-on design practitioner shaping the experiences that define how marketers work with AI. This is a role for someone who obsesses over craft — the weight of a typeface, the rhythm of an interaction, the clarity of an information hierarchy — and who channels that obsession into shipping products that genuinely moves the needle for customers. You'll work across the full design surface, from early-stage concept exploration to polished, production-ready UI, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, AI-first product environment.

This fully remote role reports to the Head of Design and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What you will do at [REDACTED]

• Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces — from 0-to-1 concept work through to high-fidelity, production-ready UI — shipping experiences that make enterprise AI marketing intuitive and delightful
