We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer – Retail Experience to help shape the future of [REDACTED]'s core e-commerce experiences, specifically, Autoship and personalization at [REDACTED]. In this role, you’ll define and evolve the end-to-end experience for one of [REDACTED]’s most important customer programs, making it easier for pet parents to discover the value of Autoship, enroll with confidence, and manage their ongoing needs.

You’ll work across the entire path to purchase, connecting Autoship and personalization experiences into a seamless, intuitive customer journey. You’ll tackle complex, ambiguous problems that span multiple teams and systems, balancing near-term improvements with a longer-term vision for how these experiences evolve.

As a senior individual contributor, you’ll be a strategic design partner to Product, Technology, and business leaders. You’ll establish experience direction, guide teams toward cohesive solutions, and help grow the next generation of designers. You'll also bring your expertise to other high-impact Storefront Retail initiatives as business priorities evolve.
