About the role

[REDACTED] is growing from one product into three: spot trading, tokenized equities, and perps. We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to help make all of it feel like one fast, intuitive, unmistakably [REDACTED] experience.

You'll own the design of an entire product line end to end, from deciding what we should build to the details of what ships. You'll set design direction alongside our founders, product, and engineering, and you'll shape the systems, patterns, and standards that every surface is built on. This is a hands-on IC role: you'll still be in Figma and in prototypes every day, working side by side with our frontend engineers.

This role is in-person in NYC. We have a strong in-person culture and a new, spacious office in SoHo.
